We aim to dispatch all orders within 72hours after purchase. It may take up to 1~3 business days for order to be delivered to stipulated address.However, we will try our best to ship orders out as quickly as we can.

Deliveries are trackable. Tracking number will be provided when process your order.

Customer are not allowed to choose the courier company to be used.

If we are unable to ship to your destination, a notification will be indicated at checkout. If it is a temporary pause, we are working closely with the State to resume sales as soon as possible. Please check in with us in a few weeks as our shipping options will be made more available weekly.

We support customers to use lalamove to pick up the goods after placing the order, but please pay attention to the offline store business hours. Be sure to contact our customer service before picking up the goods, and then let lalamove pick up the goods at the store after getting confirmation from the customer service.

Please make sure that the recipient of the package is older than 21 years old, otherwise the seller has the right to ask the courier to return the package. If the package is returned, the buyer will be responsible for shipping and return shipping.
